About Julie Collins

Julie Collins is the Senior Program Operations Analyst on the SHOPS Plus project and also serves as the Country Program Manager for the Caribbean and Dominican Republic programs. She is an international development professional with eight years of experience in WASH and contracts management. Her background budget and deliverable management, financial analysis, and project coordination. She has experience managing grants and contracts from governments, philanthropies, and the private sector to support water, sanitation, and health projects. Collins holds an MA in international development and economics from the Johns Hopkins University School for Advanced International Studies and a BA in international relations from the College of William and Mary.
