About Heather Cogswell

Heather Cogswell is a Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation Specialist on the SHOPS Plus project.  She has 10 years of experience in health systems strengthening and resource tracking in low- and middle-income countries.  Heather has an MPH from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School, MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a BA from Mount Holyoke College.
