About Abigail Conners

Abby Conners is a program analyst for the SHOPS Plus project supporting  the Senegal team. Conners previously supported the USAID-funded PMI VectorLink project as an associate finance and contract analyst with administrative project management experience in Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mali, Niger, and Senegal. She holds bachelor’s degrees in international relations and  francophone studies from the College of William & Mary. She is fluent in French.
