About Nicole Kapesi

Nicole Ndunguru Kapesi is a Senior Program Officer for the SHOPS Plus project in Tanzania. She has 6 years’ experience in non-profit organizations for USG-funded public health projects on HIV/AIDS, Malaria, Family planning and Safe motherhood. Her background includes working on capacity building, social behavior change communications, and Community based HIV/AIDS combination prevention projects for key and vulnerable populations. Nicole holds a MA in community development and project management from the Iringa University College, formerly Tumaini University and a BA in social sciences from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
