Recap

SHOPS Plus hosted a webinar on promising operational approaches from several social franchise networks. Presenters from Marie Stopes International and Population Services International shared a brief overview of a framework for replicating these approaches.

SHOPS Plus documented and analyzed a range of social franchising programs to identify operational adaptions aimed at better leveraging health market opportunities, reducing programming costs, and achieving service delivery scale. Findings informed a conceptual framework that will assist franchise implementers in determining whether opportunities exist to replicate similar adaptations in their country context.
