Social Franchising at PSI

This presentation gives an overview of Population Services International’s approach to social franchising. It illustrates how cost-effectiveness in this business model can take various forms: (1) innovating with technology to create more efficient quality assurance mechanisms, (2) partnering with other entities in the health system, and (3) integrating a broader range of services. Anna Gerrard of Population Services International gave this presentation during the webinar, “Adaptations in Social Franchising: Promising Strategies for Scale,” hosted by SHOPS Plus on November 3, 2016.
