Workplace Policy Builder version 2.0

The Workplace Policy Builder (WPB) software helps companies develop their own HIV/AIDS policies. WPB includes a database of corporate workplace policies from around the world, a literature database of the impact of HIV/AIDS, national HIV/AIDS policies, international standards, the AIM-B model, and a component for assessing the cost of any proposed program. WPB uses these resources to guide companies through the HIV/AIDS policy development process. WPB 2.0 incorporates feedback from pilot testing and field applications of the original software in Kenya, Namibia, Mozambique, Lesotho, Mexico, Jamaica, and China.
