Tools and Processes Used in the Implementation of an Integrated Service Model for LARC and PM in Private Sector Facilities

This resource guide compiles the tools and processes developed for and used in the SHOPS project in Bangladesh. These resources were utilized in the implementation of the integrated service delivery model designed to establish long-acting reversible contraceptive and permanent method provision in large private facilities in Bangladesh. The guide includes key considerations to the design to each resource and select insights about the use of the tool. An example of forms in the guide include the training needs assessment and progress monitoring form, the quality assurance monitoring form, and business plans for facilities.
