Health Financing

A two-page overview of the SHOPS Plus approach to health financing. The project helps USAID missions and host countries strengthen their health financing mechanisms, including mobilizing resources, pooling health risks, and purchasing services. By engaging the private sector to strengthen components of health financing, the project contributes to greater financial risk protection, increasing use of priority health services and sustaining health outcomes.
