About Rena Eichler

Rena Eichler serves as the Results-Based Financing Advisor for the SHOPS Plus project. She is an economist with two decades of experience working in global health and innovative financing in all regions of the globe. Her work focuses on the application of incentives to improve health system performance. She has designed, implemented, and evaluated performance-based incentives and contracts between governments and both private and public providers and between external private and public funders to countries.
