About Papa Gagny Sylla

Papa Gagny Sylla is the Operations Manager for the SHOPS Plus project in Senegal. has eight years of experience working in finance, human resources, program implementation and evaluation, and administration management for international organizations based in Africa, Canada, and the UK. He previously worked on the Health System Strengthening project on an impact evaluation of performance-based financing, direct financing, and UHC initiatives in Senegal. Papa holds a master’s degree in finance from the African Institute of Management in Dakar, and a master’s degree in human resources management from University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
