About Mercedes Loudermilk

Mercedes Loudermilk is the Deputy Director of Finance, Contracts, and Administration for the SHOPS Plus project. She is a seasoned finance and contracts manager with over 20 years of experience managing and administering contracts, cooperative agreements, grants, subcontracts and proposal development for large–scale, multi-million dollar global projects. She has comprehensive knowledge of the FAR, AIDAR, USAID ADS 300, and Uniform Administrative Requirements. Loudermilk holds MBA from the University of MD University College, and a BA in international relations from George Mason University.
