About Jeanna Holtz
Jeanna Holtz is the Health Finance Director for the SHOPS Plus project leading both core and field health financing activities. She is a health financing specialist with more than 25 years of experience. Previously, Holtz served six years as chief project manager of the International Labour Organization’s Impact Insurance Facility in Geneva. In that capacity, she launched an insurance innovation program that awarded grants of more than $15 million to 60 implementing partners to test approaches to make quality insurance products accessible to poor households in developing countries. Holtz also held management positions with the global financial services provider, Allianz, and the U.S. health insurer, Aetna. She holds an MBA with a concentration in health care management from Northwestern University.
