About Abhilash Philip

Abhilash Philip is the Deputy Chief of Party for the SHOPS Plus project in India. He has 17 years of experience in the areas of tuberculosis, reproductive health and child health, gender, and other health areas with a focus on designing, developing, and implementing public-private partnerships and market development approaches. Abhilash has administered workplace programs on HIV, TB, and tobacco control, and led communication and sales teams on the ground. He holds a master's degree in social work and graduated from St Stephen’s College in Delhi with a degree in history.
