Private Sector Counts online tool

Donors and program implementers now have the data they need to design country programs using a total market approach at their fingertips. Private Sector Counts is an interactive web tool that allows users to explore if and where caregivers obtain sick child care and if and where women obtain their modern contraception.

The tool uses Demographic and Health Survey data to illuminate the important contribution of the public and private sectors to sick child care and family planning service delivery and breaks down the results age, socioeconomic status, residence (urban/rural) and more.
