Family Planning Market Analyzer online tool

Family planning practitioners and decision makers can model what the future might look like given potential market changes using a new tool called the Family Planning Market Analyzer. The innovative, easy-to-use tool combines data from Demographic and Health Surveys and FP2020’s projections of modern contraceptive prevalence to allow users to explore potential scenarios for a total market approach, such as how method mix would shift if higher-income women were served by the commercial sector.

Users can look at the family planning market at a national level, by residence and by income level for 58 countries. It gives donors and implementers the information necessary to answer questions regarding potential changes to the family planning market in the public and private sectors.

Explore scenarios using the Family Planning Market Analyzer now.
