About Stephanie Gober

Stephanie Gober is the Access to Finance Specialist for the SHOPS Plus project. She has over 20 years of experience, working extensively on financial inclusion, financial sector development, and economic growth projects for donors such as the European Commission, the World Bank Group, and the Millennium Challenge Corporation. Gober has a bachelor’s degree in economics and French from Concordia College. She holds an MBA in finance and international business and MA in French studies from New York University.
