About Pandora Hardtman

Pandora Hardtman is the American College of Nurse-Midwives liaison for the SHOPS Plus project. She is a midwife with more than 20 years of experience in women’s reproductive and primary health care. Hardtman’s clinical experience ranges from small business ownership to large university settings both in the United States and overseas, including Asia, sub-Saharan Africa, and the Middle East. She holds a doctorate of nursing practice from the University of Alabama focusing on international competencies and regulatory environments for midwifery practice.
