About Elaine Baruwa

Elaine Baruwa is a Regional Manager for the SHOPS Plus project overseeing the Nigeria program. Baruwa has a PhD in International Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a master's degree in health management from Imperial College University. She has 15 years of experience in economic evaluation and financing of health programs in low and middle income countries.
